David Walliams was determined everyone would have a splashing time celebrating his wedding to Lara Stone – he even hired synchronised swimmers.

The all-female team, who wore plunging gold cossies, were part of the evening entertainment following his lavish Claridges wedding to 26-year-old model Lara on Sunday.

Well, it was never going to be your usual nuptials, especially as David, 38, had invited along a load of his exes including Lisa Snowdon, Geri Halliwell, Natalie Imbruglia and Denise Van Outen.

But Lara, who swapped her wedding gown for a sparkly gold mini dress for the evening do at Shoreditch House, didn’t have a thing to worry about.

The smitten Little Britain star only had eyes for his “Laydee” as he led her around the venue’s rooftop pool, which was romantically adorned with bouquets of white roses and twinkling tealights.
