          Raj Kumar Singh (born 20 December ) is a former Indian bureaucrat and former Union Cabinet Minister in the Government of India ( - ).

          He was the Member of the Indian Parliament for Arrah, Bihar, from May to 4 June Singh is a batch Bihar cadre Indian Administrative Service officer and former Home Secretary of India.[1]

          On 3 September , he was appointed the Minister of Power (Independent Charge) in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's cabinet.[2] On 30 May , he was appointed Minister of State (Independent Charge) of the Ministry of Power, Minister of State (Independent Charge) of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy and Minister of State in the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India.
